This dog is small, but do not trifle with her. She is on the lookout for visiting friends and strangers alike. Anyone that approaches is greeted with the dog equivalent of “What ho!” or “Who goes there!”, barked loudly and frequently, and accompanied by a wiggly jumpy run/dance until the question is answered to her satisfaction.

Schnap is otherwise a quiet and demure dog. Except when she is snoring.
