S: Why? I just want to be helpful. See? I’ll just hold this little bit down for you.
P: Stay off the quilt for just a minute.
S: I can’t hear you.
P: Get off the quilt!
S: See? I’m holding this end down. See what happened to the other side? Told you!
We have decided to postpone the conversation about borders for another time.

I love it. I have the same conversations with my cat. He is always checking to make sure my sewing machine is threaded correctly and apparently each time it is not as he ALWAYS un-threads it to teach me a lesson.
