It was a beautiful day today for the Urban Air Market in Hayes Valley.  This happens twice a year – the next one is September 12, 2012.  It’s a ‘curated marketplace for sustainable design’  – full of creative people that make things locally and sell fun things.I’m not sure how sustainable this bug under glass on a motorcycle is, but there were lots of wonderful things made of repurposed or recycled materials.

All this in an area with great stores, delicious food,  and street art including this awesome mosaic hula hooping dog and great murals.
